Teen Topics
Wow! We are thrilled to offer you Bible advice for today’s Christian teens on hot, cool, and controversial topics.
HOW TO WITNESS
--As you read your Bible daily, underline verses that you will be able to use in witnessing. Memorize as many as you can.
--Begin to pray for individuals with whom you might share Christ. Trust God to provide the opportunities for you to talk with them, and the wisdom to know what to say.
--Spend time with these friends. Win their confidence by doing things with them and for them. If they see that you really care about them, they will be more likely to listen when you present the Gospel to them.
--Look for moments to talk with your friends. Pray for opportunities to mention Christ in casual conversation. For instance you might simply ask, "What do you think happens after death?" or, "How do you think a person becomes a Christian?" Listen to their ideas and then say, "Here's what I believe."
--Drop Seeds. If you are a believer your relationship with Christ is a huge part of your life. Don’t feel like you have to keep Him out of your relationships with non-believers. It’s okay to mention in passing things that include Him. Invitre your friends to evangelistic services and discuss the message with them afterward.
--Start a Bible study on campus and invite your non-Christian friends. Read a chapter of the gospel of John each week. Don’t feel like you have to know all the answers. If someone asks a question and you don’t know the answer, simply tell them you don’t know. God is much bigger than we are and he can speak for us when we don’t know how to speak for ourselves.
